Private show

Your first dance

We’ve been preparing wedding dances since 2014: couples who had never danced, couples with two and a half weeks to go, and couples who come from further afield.

  1. I

    Your music, your style

From the classic waltz to a mix of salsa, rock and bachata, or a routine with friends and family.

  2. II

    Private lessons

Just you and your teacher, at your own pace. Ideally, start two or three months before the wedding; with less time, it can still be done.

  3. III

The last rehearsal, at your venue

We come to the place where you’ll dance. And if that’s not possible, we do it by video call.

We’ve rehearsed at Finca La Torreta · Patio de Sant Joan · Finca Torre Bosch · Finca Jardín de Ne · Hotel Alicante Golf · Finca Ronesa

We never imagined that, with no idea about dancing and so little time, preparing a routine of almost five minutes could be so much fun and so special.

— Luis B.

We went to Escuela Pirouette to learn a routine for our wedding dance and we loved it!😍 It turned out brilliantly!🥰 Alicia and Jessica are two great professionals as well as wonderful people, super friendly and fun 😊.

— Delia M.

If you're after a spectacular, fun dance on your wedding day, you have to come to this academy.

Auditions

Towards the conservatoire

For those who want to make dance their path: a level test to see where we’re starting from, a lesson plan geared to the conservatoire and the year they’re applying for, and all the things that don’t show: how to dress, how to do your hair, how to walk to the barre, how to improvise.

  • Dana passed the entrance exam to the Conservatorio Superior de Danza in Alicante in 2025.
  • Nerea prepared with us for the entrance audition of the Institute of the Arts Barcelona in 2025.

I tried pole dance and came away really happy. I went in a bit sceptical, as it seemed hard to me and I'd never done any kind of dance before. But I have to admit it surprised me a lot, and in a good way. Gladys, the teacher, is really motivating and very good. I'm going to carry on with the classes.

We went to learn a wedding dance. And bearing in mind we're super mega amateurs, people were amazed. They said it was one of the best dances they'd seen, even the photo and video crew.

What can I say about Alicia and Jessica??? I asked them, as I was celebrating my silver wedding anniversary, whether they could teach us a few little steps so we could dance a bachata at the celebration... Straight away they said no problem at all, without asking what our level was... 0..I'll tell you myself... we got down to work, with the utmost attention, affection and patience from both of them. Alicia worked her socks off to teach us and put a routine together for us... our guests were gobsmacked, they congratulated us loads. It went brilliantly... but the best thing was how happily we went along to learn on those days, how much fun we had and how cheerful we were when we came out... Thank you for bringing out that rhythm in us... We'll definitely be back to keep learning other music styles, but just as a hobby this time...❤️❤️

Pirouette replied: Oh, what lovely words. Thank you both for trusting us and for being so lovely — I've been so happy to have you at the school. ❤️❤️

I'm 61 and had never danced before in my life, and I said to myself, why not? Oh! and they say I'm not bad at all 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️😊 It's turning out to be one of the best experiences of my life. Good, genuine people who took me under their wing from the start. Flamenco? Sevillanas? Rumba? Bachata? Tango? 😊😊you name it. And they've got loads more (but there aren't enough hours in the day for everything)😂 Jessi treats you like family. Ali!!! what can I say about her, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. And my classmates and I are like a family. It's not my place to give advice, but if it were, I'd 100% recommend coming along at least to give it a try. For body and mind it's the dog's b....(sorry). I came to PIROUETTE maybe not at my best. But now, after 6 months, I'm like a different person and a big part of that is down to the academy. We'll be here for a long time yet. Once again THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

More than a dance academy. As well as learning bachata, salsa and other styles, you really enjoy dancing there and switch off from whatever problems you've got. It feels like home. You always come away with laughs, affection and an amazing atmosphere. They're all lovely. Thank you, Ali, for the positivity you always give me. Highly recommend signing up

EXCEPTIONAL! While I was staying in Spain I had the idea of learning something of its dance, and within 4 months I was dancing flamenco and sevillanas. The teacher is a great professional and an even better person. The atmosphere overall couldn't be better: from Jessi, who looks after the admin, to Alice the teacher and, last but not least, the group of classmates. Everyone is really kind, friendly and fun. If you want to learn flamenco and sevillanas and have fun doing it, don't think twice, this is your place! It's been a fantastic experience. I'll come and see you on my next holiday. Thank you so much for everything!

I went to try a pole dance class with Gladys and now I can't stop. From the very first moment she comes across as warm, friendly and really professional. She explains everything with lots of patience, adapts the exercises to each person's level and makes you feel comfortable and motivated the whole time. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and that shows in every class. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to get started or keep progressing in pole dance.

For those of you who live in the area, it's a brilliant way to exercise and have a great time. The teacher is a sweetheart❤️ and her sister is lovely and always smiling. I spend the summer in La Albufera and a neighbour told me about it, so we've been going during July. I'd definitely recommend it.

    — Soledad P. · Jul 2026

Pirouette replied: Oh Sole, thank you so much for your kind words. Such a shame that July is ending and you won't be able to come any more. ❤️❤️
