What data we process
This website has no forms. The box office only drafts a message in your browser and opens your own WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you decide to send it. If you write or call us, your details (name, phone and what you tell us) are used only to help you and organise your classes.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and managing your enrolment (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep the data for as long as needed to help you and then for the periods required by law.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit it, its network records technical data such as your IP address and browser to serve the page, protect it from abuse and count visits (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR). International transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact above, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
